This Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, pet friendly home will leave you dreaming. The first floor has three bedrooms with balcony access. Continuing up to the next level is an open living room, dining and kitchen layout for easy gathering and memory making! Step outside on the decks to take in the Topsail Island. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor.

Covered parking, a private enclosed shower. The main entrance is located underneath the home.

• Kitchen: Full kitchen, with deck access

• Dining Table: Seating for 6 at the table.

• Living Room: Sofa, 1 side chair, coffee table, TV, ceiling fan.

• Deck: Access from the living room and master bedroom.

• Master Bedroom: King size bed, ceiling fan, private access to the deck, en-suite bathroom

• Master Bathroom: Vanity, walk-in shower.

• Stackable Washer and dryer (located in master bedroom)

• Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles

• Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules.

The Area: Surf City is located in the heart of Topsail Island. Rent paddle boards,kayaks fishing gear and much more at Herring's Outdoor Sports. Multiple grocery stores,gas stations,etc located within a few minutes. A local favorite, Shaka Taco is just a short drive,along with other restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.

Other Things to Note:

RATE INCLUDES- Rent, Enhanced Departure Cleaning, and Linen. Absolutely no events. NO Smoking. Pet-friendly, if you are bringing a pet, an additional pet fee of $300 will be collected.

Pix Sea Hollow is available for monthly reservations in the off season (mid-Sept to mid-May). Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you
