Before viewing the property, you must stop by the office and fill out an application which requires a copy of your credit score and past 3 paystubs. We charge a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult. No pets allowed! Per the owner no more than two tenants are allowed (this is an open studio apartment). If credit score is above 600 you must pay security deposit and first month's rent. If credit score is below 600 you must pay security deposit, first month's rent, and last month's rent.
