-The applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. The credit score must be a minimum of 650.
-A background check will be conducted on all applicants /occupants over 18. The applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
-The applicant(s) must be a non-smoker.
-Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom; Rooms/space may not be sublet under any circumstances.
-All Applicants must complete the application in its entirety.

Animal Policy
No animals are permitted on or about the Property without Landlord’s prior written consent. The landlord reserves the right to deny an Application for Permission to have an Animal or Animal Agreement due to type, breed, or mixed with a breed with a history of aggressive behavior. Tenants with approval will be required to pay an additional animal deposit in the amount of $250.00/ per animal.

All completed applications will be considered in accordance with State and Federal Fair Housing Laws.

The tenant(s) is/are responsible for all utilities (Water, Sewer, Trash, Electric, Cable/Internet). Tenants MUST establish local water, sewer, electric, and trash services. HOA fees are paid by the management company.
