Discover this new 2023 log cabin for rent in the scenic mountains near Lake James in Marion, NC. This charming, fully furnished cabin is located in a gated resort community with exclusive access to Lake James and is just a short stroll to our private cove. Resort amenities include a swimming pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), boat storage, a dog park, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, and more. Inside, the cabin offers all the comforts of home with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, twin bunk beds, and a pullout couch, along with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. Additional conveniences include a 32-inch Roku TV with Spectrum cable and free streaming channels, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to shared laundry facilities. Water, sewer, and Wi-Fi are included, while electricity is billed separately each month. We require the first month's rent as a minimum security deposit, and a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit upon departure. A maximum of two pets are permitted with a $400 nonrefundable deposit for the first pet and an additional $35 per month for each pet. Each cabin accommodates up to two vehicles, with trailers and boats required to be stored in a designated area for an additional fee. Monthly and seasonal rentals are available, and all prospective residents aged 18 and over must complete an application and background check through Barefoot Landing Camping Resort.
