The Seawinds condominiums are located near Freeman Park that only 4-wheel drives can access. Across the street is Carolina Beach Fishing Pier which is host to Fishing and The High Tide/Low Tide Tiki Lounge. Seawinds has a standard Community Pool, available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Community grill onsite as well.
