The open kitchen has granite counters, attractive cabinetry with poplar bark inlay, and stainless appliances including the refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances including a blender, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The dining table seats six, plus bar seating for three. The laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer is off of the kitchen.

Bedding: Master - queen and day bed trundle (two twins). Guest Bedroom 1 - queen. Guest Bedroom 2 - queen. Living Room - pullout queen sofa bed. A pack n play is also available.

Central electric heat and air conditioning, plus ceiling fans throughout. Utilities are a tenant responsibility, including electricity (and cable/internet if desired.) Tenants are not responsible for water/sewer service, as this home offers well water and septic. Landscaping/lawn care is a tenant responsibility, and because upkeep is extensive, hiring a professional service is recommended. Two-car basement level garage and paved drive. The detached barn is not suitable for storage. $1000 refundable pet deposit per pet. No smoking. No cosigners. We will not rent sight-unseen.
