7 Shadow Place - 1

This is a beautiful condo located just across from Rocky Mountain College. There is an electric fireplace in the living room with 2 sliding doors out to a lovely private patio. The master bdm also has a sliding glass door out to the patio. In the kitchen, there is a double oven, microwave and dishwasher. 2 bdms on the main level and a non-egress bdm in the lower level. It has central heating and air. The HOA takes care of the common areas, tenants will take care of the area inside the fence. There is tons of storage! This is such a great central location! It also has a 1 car garage, laundry room with a washer and dryer. Sorry, no pets, Section 8 or smoking.
