Area around the pool appears un kept. Management office might as well be a trailer. Just not appealing at all and the pics online are incredibly misleading on the layouts.
First off management is a joke. Maintince is under trained and poorly ran. Went without ac for 3 months which caused us to break the leade and move nothing was ever fixed in a timely manor. The office staff never answers the phone. Only time they call I'd when money is due and that's all they care about several residents moved out immediately after moving in due to the fact of not having air-conditioning. Over 30 units reported no ac. Overall it's a joke and should be shut down.
