PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE TWO RENTAL OPTIONS: Long-Term and Short-Term.

Short-Term Rental with 1 to 6 month leases: Fully furnished and Owner pays all utility expenses and provides WiFi and Roku TV. Rental rate will be $2,800.00 per month. Electricity expense will be capped at $400.00 per month with Tenant paying anything above that.

Long-Term Rental with 1 Year+ leases: No furniture and Tenant pays all utility expenses and will pay for their own internet\television. Rental rate will be $1,900.00 per month.

This is a three bedroom (plus one bonus room), one bathroom house with water views in Norway. The eat-in kitchen is setup with an oven/range, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Off the kitchen is the first of two living rooms, this one with plenty of seating and an electric fireplace. In the front of the house is the second living room, which has more seating and a television. Beside the front living room is a second dining area. Along the front of the house is a three-season room, with plenty of glass to enjoy the lake view and screens to enjoy the lake breeze in the warmer months. Also on the first floor is a laundry closet with washer and dryer and the full bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.
On the second floor are the three "plus" bedrooms. The front bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, television, and water views. The second bedroom is a two-room suite with two queen beds. The third bedroom is in the back of the house and also has a television.
Outside, there is a deck and plenty of available parking. Swimming and sitting on the owner's dock across the road is allowed. The home is minutes from the shops and restaurants of downtown Norway and South Paris and five minutes from Stephen's Memorial Hospital. It is roughly thirty minutes from the skiing at Pleasant Mountain and Mt. Abram, as well as forty minutes from Sunday River. It is an hour from Portland, twenty minutes from Bridgton and three hours from Boston.
Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. Security deposit is equal to one month rent. The driveway is shared with a home and business that is in the rear of the house.
