Just me and my cat Mango in my 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. I'm a pretty quiet guy. If I'm home I'm probably in my room with my headset on so you probably wont hear anything from my room too often. I enjoy my privacy so I'd like to keep guests to a minimum. Definitely not a recluse though. Not much of a cook, but I'm happy to figure it out it together or at least take direction. With my last roommate we found that if we cleaned together and divided the place up into parts every few weeks its was way less of a pain in the ass. I have pretty basic expectations and the most I'll ever ask of you is to probably feed my cat if I have to travel for work. Mango is young and a little hyper, but he is pretty well behaved. My apartment is basically a 1 floor townhouse with a basement. Down there I have a washer, dryer and plenty of storage space if you need it. The bedroom I'm renting has 2 exits. One leads to the kitchen and the other leads to the shared bathroom hallway between the bedrooms . Gas stove and dish washer in kitchen. TV w/cable, sitting area and dining table in living room. I don't mind if you use the living room as long as you are respectful of my things. All utilities as well as use of washer and dryer are included in the rent.
