Winter/Off Season Rental. Available September 15th - June. Spacious furnished house just steps to a private beach, and a short stroll to other neighborhood amenities. The first floor features an open floor plan with nicely appointed kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is a small den/office off the kitchen, as well as a pantry and laundry area. There is also a first floor bedroom with queen bed, attached sitting area (with day bed), and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a great room perfect for lounging or entertaining, and a nook for office or school work. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs. There is a large primary bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and private bath with both tub and steam shower. This bedroom has its own access to the deck with marsh views. The other two other bedrooms each have twin beds and share a bathroom. Out back is a patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a barbecue dinner, and a yard with space to run or play ball. Wash off after the beach in the outdoor shower. Application with credit check. Pets considered. No smoking. 1st, Last & Security for move-in.
