Move-Out Policy:
30-day notice required prior to moving out.

Lease Term:
6 month

Deposit Return:
Returned in full within 30 days of move-out, provided the property is clean and undamaged. Deductions may occur for damage beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or necessary heavy cleaning fees.

Tenant's Responsibilities:
Utilities & Care: Tenant covers gas (heat), electricity, water, and lawn maintenance.

Quiet Hours:
9PM-7AM(Sunday-Thursday)
10PM-9AM(Friday-Saturday)

Respect neighbors' privacy and report maintenance issues promptly.

Landlord lives on the same street, ensuring prompt attention to maintenance and a well-kept community.

Application Process/Viewings:
An in-person tour is required before accepting any formal application. If interested after viewing, each prospective adult tenant must complete an application process (Avail fee for credit, eviction, and background check).
