You must complete an application and have move-in funds ready to schedule a showing of one of our properties. You will find our free application here: https://athomekentucky.managebuilding.com/. You do not need to fill out a separate application for each property, but each adult that will be living in the property must fill out an application. If you have any questions, please send a text to 502-443-8821. We prefer text because members of our staff are hearing impaired and may not be able answer or respond to phone calls.

Move-in funds are typically two times rent plus $100, but may be more. For example, if your income cannot be verified, we may require three times rent plus $100 to move in.
