Free public street parking available on 10th St (same side as house, where not marked with yellow curb). Please note that the driveway next to the property belongs to our neighbor, so we kindly ask that you do not park there.

--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety.
--No parties, or events - we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.
--🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 ft (violations = $300 cleaning fee)
-- Train tracks nearby: Michigan City is a "quiet zone," but you may hear crossing bells. Sound machines provided.
--Historic home = funky layout (limited kitchen counters, quirky game room bathroom). Adds to the charm, but worth noting.
--Duplex home = possible sound transfer between upper & lower units.
--Max 6 guests- no extra overnight visitors allowed

⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
--Check-In: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
--Check-Out: 10:00 AM
--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it's a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners' schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚
--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.
--Michigan City operates on Central Standard Time (CST).

--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.
--A $500 damage deposit is required. This is returned after checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.

Information provided is used solely to coordinate maintenance or schedule adjustments during your stay. This information is kept strictly within our team and is never shared externally.
