Welcome to the Brick Bungalow Upper Unit, a private, renovated apartment within our historic duplex--perfect for a small family, couple, or group of friends. With space for up to 4 guests, this unit features a Smart TV, updated kitchen, and cheerful décor, plus access to a shared firepit in the backyard.

Located just 2 miles from sandy beaches and a short drive from Indiana Dunes National Park, outlet mall, zoo, casino, and hiking trails, it's a cozy home base for both relaxation and adventure.

--No pets, parties, or events - we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.
--Max 4 guests (strictly enforced)
--Historic property: Steep stairs up to unit- not suitable for guests with mobility issues
--🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 feet (violations = $300 cleaning fee)
--Noise possible from the lower unit (sound machines provided)
