Charge for amenities that do not work. Refrigerator/freezer in disrepair at start of lease, and management has refused to replace for 37 days and counting. Maintenance violates tenant's privacy when entering unit by opening closed bedroom and other doors without permission from tenant even though they have no idea if someone is in the bedroom naked. . Exploits tenants to pay for services that are not needed, specially trash valet. Trash receptacles are plentiful and VERY close to the units. Refuses to control excessive noise from other tenants. Specifically, tenants in unit above me stomp on the floors at all times of the day and night, sounding like a herd of cattle. Maintenance and management are openly racist, using bullying and harassment as a means to intimidate.
