Enjoy and relax in the soothing ocean breeze. Home Features include but not limited to: * Hardwood flooring and tile bathrooms * Covered entry * Attached 2 car carport * Tropical landscaping The Palisades is located in close proximity to the airport, ocean beaches, golf, hiking trails, entertainment, shopping, and a collection of some of the finest and most diverse restaurants on Hawaii Island. In addition, it’s just minutes from Kailua-Kona with all of its services, large retail stores, and recreational opportunities. We kindly ask potential renters to submit an application before scheduling a showing for this property. The application process allows us to ensure that the property is a good fit for your needs and to verify that you meet the necessary requirements for tenancy.
