We are looking for long-term tenants who appreciate a peaceful and respectful living environment. The rent is $5,500 per month for up to two people, with an additional $300 per month for each additional person, up to a maximum of four occupants due to the capacity of our septic system.

We perform a thorough tenant screening process, which includes a credit check, rental history evaluation, and income verification. A minimum credit score of 680 is preferred. All residents of the property must be listed on the lease agreement. At lease signing, the first month's rent and a security deposit are required. Additionally, tenants are required to maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term.

The landlord covers yard maintenance, trash and water expenses, while the tenant is responsible for electricity and internet.
