Application process: $50 Application fee per adult, $100 admin fee. We require photo ID, 2 references, 2 most recent months' pay stubs and 2 most recent months bank statements to show proof of income and availability of funds to pay rent and move in deposits.

Move in funds: $2,000.00 1st month rent with signed Lease, Last Month Rent $2,000.00, Security Deposit $2,000.00 and $300.00 Pet Fee (if applicable) at move in date.

VBR Application, admin fees and all the move in funds must be in the form of money orders or cashier's check, payable to Vero Beach Rent, LLC, delivered or mailed to our office

HOA North Village - This application must be received by the Association at least 14 business days prior to occupancy along with a Lease as well as a $100.00 processing fee made out to Pointe West North Village.

HOA Master HOA -This Application must be received by the Association at least 15 business days prior to occupancy. A SIGNED copy of this application accompanied by the lease, application fee, and signed acknowledgment of Rules and Regulations must be returned to Elliott Merrill at least 15 business days prior to the lease start date. Applications for Lease are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of Pointe West Master Association, Inc.
