We moved into our apartment during the beginning of the year. With the craziness of expecting a baby and with the office being closed due to the new years. It skipped our mind that we needed to make one more payment. With that we never got a notice from management, not an email, not a letter in our door, nothing. We just got a three day notice placed into our door. Once we saw it we paid it immediately. But please In the future.( I understand it is our responsibility to keep up with our own payments.) Please give a notice that the payment is late the day it is or the day after please. Because a week into our new apartment, despite understanding that we moved in throughout the new year. To get a three day notice. Felt a bit unwelcoming. But we want a positive experience. So we won't take it too harshly, and still maintain good standing with our lease, management, and tenants..
