National study of renter’s satisfaction with their cities and states
Apartment List has released results for Boynton Beach from the second annual Apartment List Renter Satisfaction Survey. The survey, which drew on responses from over 30,000 renters, provides insight into what states and cities must do to meet the needs of the 105 million American renters nationwide.
“According to our results, renters in Boynton Beach are generally satisfied with their city,” says Andrew Woo, Director of Data Science at Apartment List. “Many categories received above-average scores.”
Key findings in Boynton Beach include the following:
Resort-style living characterizes Renaissance Commons, where this planned community features apartment complexes and townhomes surrounding retail centers and lakes. Most rental properties include access to pools, fitness centers, and social spaces creating vacation-like environments for everyday living. The neighborhood offers excellent access to both I-95 connections and Atlantic beaches, though hurricane evacuation orders occasionally affect this zone during storm threats.
This 55+ enclave bustles with shuffleboard tournaments at the Leisureville Tennis Center and ukulele nights in the 800-seat auditorium. Strict guest policies limit overnight visitors to 14 days annually.
Waterfront relaxation thrives around Boynton Lakes Park’s fishing docks. Renters appreciate hurricane-rated windows but note mandatory flood insurance premiums. Afternoon thunderstorms flood low-lying parking lots June-September.
