The home is located on Highway 9, and is set back off the road to allow for quiet, peaceful privacy and beautiful views of the redwoods. It's directly across the street from SLV schools, just a mile away from Fall Creek Park, grocery stores, and restaurants. All of the windows throughout the home allow for lots of natural light to flow through. There's a ton of storage and counter space for cooking and entertaining. Both the living room and bedroom have a new fan on the ceiling. Enjoy a meal in the breakfast nook that has access to an expansive Trex deck off the back side of the house, which overlooks the river. Great for entertaining and enjoying a nice sunny day with friends or family. Off the living room is a nicely sized bedroom. There is a large closet with sliding mirrored doors as well as two large cupboards for additional storage. The bedroom is also connected to a large bathroom with additional storage, a shower over tub, a nice sized vanity, large laundry closet, and a private door leading to the back deck. Both rooms are illuminated with natural light. This unit has two assigned tandem parking spots in the front and a large, approx. 5x10, storage shed in the back. Tenant pays for PG, and the owner pays for septic, water, trash and landscaping. The home is on a septic system and equipped with baseboard/wall heating. Tenant is responsible for hand watering the plants in the back yard and taking care of minor weeding. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
