I own a large home (over 2800 sq, feet). I am looking to rent a very large furnished bedroom with a private bath close to the room to an individual. You will be the only other person living in the house besides myself in Rancho Sahuarita. Lots of privacy and the room has terrific natural lighting. Looking to find a quiet renter that is trustworthy and wants a comfortable quiet place to live. I am receptive to a short-term lease. No smokers! I live on the north end of Sahuarita, 15 minutes to Raytheon, 20 minutes to downtown Tucson. The monthly rent is $750, and that includes all utilities and internet Serious inquiries only that can provide personal and business references. If interested, please tell me a little about yourself in your response. Thanks! Steve
