**REQUIREMENTS**
12 month lease
App fee is $50 per person (this includes a credit and background check)
Credit needs to be at least 580 (co-signer that has a 580 or higher accepted if you don't meet this requirement)
Proof of income is required and needs to meet at least 3x the monthly rent
Good rental history if applicable
Renter's insurance
