In addition to credit score, all credit reports are items such as bankruptcies within the past 5 years, patterns of late or missed payments, and accounts in collections or with past due balances. These factors may impact the final decision regardless of score. * Cosigner (if needed): Must have verifiable income, own a home, and good credit; does not guarantee approval.
