“Maintenance has always been helpful when needed but processes are lacking. I was locked out of my apartment recently and billed to get back in. We use fobs. As for parking people are having a tough time right now with construction and the need to park somewhere else. Water was cold today and I couldn’t shower. Move-in was delayed by a month. When I arrived my apartment wasn’t ready. It didn’t have locks on it and I think the bathroom had just been glazed. People are getting their cars broken into. Security is pretty good though and they’ve added more guards but last night when I got home, no one was at the front and same for this morning. I like my apartment except for the construction noise from Monday through Saturday. It’s too dusty for me to put anything on my balcony. My neighbors seem nice and the location is conveniently located a couple blocks from metro, trails, and restaurants. I am fortunate to be here despite some problems. I had a roach issue and it hasn’t been so bad but I suffered through it the first couple of weeks. They’re doing pest control next week throughout the whole building. If I had a car I think I’d be more upset about what’s going on. Thankfully I didn’t need to go anywhere today or the cold water would have been an issue. Hoping for the best.”
