“There isn't a playground, but there is a dog park. The pool is open all year round, which is great for those Texas fall and spring warm spells. A recycling center would be cool, but the dumpsters are emptied multiple times a week, so they rarely build up. Management is responsive and efficient, and the maintenance crew is quick and knowledgeable. The noise is minimal; we rarely hear our neighbors even though they have a squealing toddler. Everyone is neighborly, and the office holds fun things for the residents about once a month, including food trucks. We like living here.”
