Would prefer someone that is quiet. I do not care about your demographics or personal preferences so not intended to be discriminatory in any way.

Rent: $1,500 per month with first, last, and a security deposit of $505.
Term: Two months, then month to month. Would consider a longer lease.
This house is in a beautiful place. I live in the only nearby house (about 500 ft. away) and it is like living in a park. My house is not that visible now and not visible once the leaves are out.
Very little traffic. Very quiet. This is and has been a no smoking/no pets house.
Conditions: NO PETS. No smoking indoors.
