Management can be lacking towards issues, they focus more on the small things than bigger issues at times. The only amenities are on site laundry and a pool. You have to pay $2 to wash and $2 to dry for the laundry. They claim there is ample parking for each building, this is not accurate. They also allow cars to sit in spots out of the regulations stated in the lease, but do nothing regarding it when you mention it to them.
