The cost and quality are so far from matching. The walls have shoddy patch work throughout from previous water damage. The bathrooms mold up due to poor circulation. All in all the property has not been maintained well over the years or at least repaired well from damage. We had an extremely large amount of mold in the vent that took 3 weeks of mentioning to be taken care of. The maintenance and management are nice.
