Must make 3x the monthly rent in income, so this house would be a minimum of $3750 household income. W2 verifiable income, from job/s in Tennessee/ Kentucky (local or remote employment).

Current and past landlord references and employment verification will be performed.

Renter’s insurance will need to be obtained (very inexpensive, around $10 a month).

If all requirements are met and you are chosen for the rental, $1250 security deposit required to hold.
Once accepted, the house can be held for two weeks before rent is due.
