    The management seems to not really care about the tenants following the rules stated in the lease. The apartments themselves seem like they were put up quickly and not inspected fully. My apartment upon move in had several issues including a patio door that does not lock, a furnace with no filter, the floorboards were peeling up even though it was a brand new apartment. The other tenants seem to be "bums" and loiter in parking lots, stare at other tenants in an uncomfortable manor and just make the overall community feel down. For the price you pay in rent, I expect other tenants to have some class and decorum.
