This home features 4 generously sized bedrooms plus a large bonus room that can easily function as a 5th bedroom, home office, or playroom. The master suite features a spacious walk-in closet and a large attached bathroom.

First month's rent (or prorated rent, if applicable) and the full security deposit must be paid prior to move-in. A nonrefundable $50 application fee is required, and all applications must be completed in person at our Greenville office. Please note that online applications are not available. All applicants will undergo background checks, rental history verification, and employment confirmation.

The lease term is 12 months. Tenants are responsible for utilities with Duke Power and Greenville Water, as well as all lawn care maintenance. Appliances are not included. Pets are not permitted inside or outside the home. Service animals require certification documentation. This property does not participate in Section 8 or other housing assistance programs.
