This is a 2 bedroom single family property with fenced in yard.
No Smoking! Small pets may be considered for qualified tenants must have Vet reference.
First months rent and security is a must! Criminal background check, Credit check, evictions check, proof of ID, proof of income and references needed.
CEO and assistance are acceptable as long as you meet all the rest of the requirements. $25500/month is the minimum monthly income requirement to qualify. Food stamps, child support, etc can be considered income. Please make sure to fill out entire application, you will only be contacted if you qualify for the unit so please make sure to fill your rental application our correctly! There are text boxes to explain if you are unsure.
1. You must have 2 years work history/proof of income for the past 2 years in order to qualify.
2. Make sure to put income and work history for any working adults responsible for the lease. You cannot tell us about the second person when we call, because you will get an email with a denial if the application is not correct, we will not call.
3. All persons over the age of 18 will need a background check done even if they are not responsible for the lease. You are not permitted to move anyone into the unit without doing this after you live there, it will be a lease violation and will jeopardize your living situation, please be honest from the start.
4. We do accept Section 8 and other government programs as long as you meet our requirements and qualify for the unit.
5. Small pets considered, no smoking.
Single family home near General Hospital. Fenced in yard, on street parking(permit parking due to hospital). Tenant pays utilities(gas heat), maintains yard and shovels snow. Landlord pays for sewer, recycling and taxes only.
