Management is rude and unhelpful. Maintenance can literally take months before they show up to fix a problem. Rent is ridiculously high for what you get out of it. Apartments are clearly thrown together poorly. Leaking pipes, ceilings, faulty electrical work, bad plumbing, just to name a few.
