Application Process and Requirements:
-$30 application fee per person over 18 occupying apartment. Payable by: Online Applicant Portal (preferred), personal check, money order.
-Your total combined gross monthly income must be a minimum 3x rent amount ($3,300/month). Proof of income required.
-Credit check. No credit score requirement. $1100 rent + your recurring monthly payments (credit cards, student loans, car payments, etc) cannot be more than 50% of your gross monthly income.
-Background check. -Copy of state issued photo ID / drivers license.
-2 years of rental references (does not apply if living with friends/family or if you own your home)
-Application will be denied if previous property manager/owner cannot be contacted by Southbound Enterprises. -Previous property manager-tenant complaints filed result in denied application.
