Verified residentReview source: verified residentManagement doesn’t take care of property beyond the front common area. Maintenance does bandaids not fixes. My apartment hadn’t been cleaned upon move in (poop in the toilets still!). Smoking everywhere despite rules. Just overall a lot of money for the property to not uphold their end of the lease.
