Your gross income must equal 2.50 times the monthly rent. If you are on section 8 you must make 2.50 times your portion of the monthly rent. All forms of legal verifiable income are accepted. Bank statements are not valid proof of income, we require current pay stubs, award letters, tax documents or other documents showing proof of ongoing income. No negative rental history.
