COSTS there is a one-time $240 non-refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, a 3.5% monthly admin fee, $300 per monthly utility fee, which covers all utilities plus a TV subscription service, Wi-Fi, trash, and landscaping. Renters insurance is required.

PETS One pet is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply).

SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.

TENANT PAID UTILITIES Nothing beyond the monthly utility fee mentioned above, unless utility charges are over a reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
