Very nice apartment located on the back side of the unit property. Apartment faces out to the assigned parking spaces, so you are able to see your vehicle at all times. There is a balcony that looks out to the open field and leasing office. The units do not have central air conditioning however, there is an ac unit connected to the bedroom in this apartment. Internet and cable will be added utilities bills in addition to electric. Those 3 bills are the only ones you will incur moving here along with rent. All other expenses are paid (ex. Water, gas sewage/trash, etc.) This is a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Located in an amazing location with restaurants, major grocery stores (Kroger, Walmart), and many other establishments all within 5-10 minutes away. The East YMCA is walking distance from this complex.
