Two bedroom and one bathroom. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and ready for move in. This house has a full basement. Large living room and walk out onto the deck from the kitchen. One car Garage. Tenant pays gas, electric, cable, internet. A $165 pre-paid charge for water, sewer trash charges will be added to the account balance each month and paid with the rent payment. The charges will then be adjusted when the quarterly water bill is received from the Village of Lakemore. The security deposit is equal to one month rent. This is a No Pet and No Smoking unit. All applicants 18 years or older will fill out an application and there is a credit and background check for each of the applications. Proof of Renter's Insurance is required prior to move in. The application fee is $50 and is non-refundable. All showings are by appointment only and scheduled Monday thru Friday 9:30 to 6:00 PM Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. No Sunday showings, no evening or holiday showings.
