The house has a new heating system. There is no central air conditioning, but each of the bedrooms have an AC window unit. There are additional window units in the dining room and living room.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The home will come fully furnished--as shown in the pictures. Owners are moving abroad and leaving everything from pots and pans to our televisions and beds.

House is zoned for Northeast Elementary and DeWitt Middle School. The Northeast bus stop is directly in front of the house. There is a park at the end of the street and families frequently bike/walk down our quiet street. The bus stop that provides transportation to Cornell is just a couple of blocks away.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, spectrum, and trash removal + tags.
