• Copy of driver's license, military ID or state ID

If you are applying with a pet OR emotional support animal, you will need to attach and include:
o Photo of the animal
o Most recent shot records
o (If you have an emotional support animal, you must also include) Emotional support animal application completely filled out
The application fee is $55.00 per adult. Your application will NOT be processed without the application fee paid in full.
Applications are approved/denied on a first come first serve basis. The first completed application (for group applications, all parties must be turned in to be complete) with corresponding application fee is the first application considered. If the application is denied the second complete fee/application received is considered and so on.
