-mail will be coming to the house and a house sitter will stop by weekly to collect it.
-renter will need to purchase Alhambra for drinking water. Well water, while safe for brushing teeth/showering is not good for drinking/cooking. We are working on installing a filter system to improve water color and clarity, however it still wont taste very good. Well Water has been tested and is safe to drink as is, but taste wise, not yummy.
