Each unit has 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 double), one full bath, one half bath, living room with a sofa bed, dining area, kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, washer/dryer, and fire TVs in each room for your streaming service. Fenced back yard, patio furniture, charcoal grill, storage shed, upper level deck with furniture, and an enclosed private hot and cold outdoor shower for each unit. We rent weekly (Sunday to Sunday) or multiple weeks and seasonal. July 4th & Labor Day week $2000/wk). 4 beach tags are provided during your stay. $150/week per pet (small to medium size) fee plus $150 cleaning.
