Fully Furnished kitchen has granite counter tops, Microwave, Gas Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Toaster and large peninsula. Off the Living Room you will find the first floor bedroom with its own full bath. This bedroom offers an XL Twin with a trundle bed which can be converted into a King Bed. First floor also includes a laundry closet with full size high efficiency front load washer and dryer. Step outside onto the back patio which includes a Propane Grill, seating area and umbrella for shade. Walk down to the ground level onto the second patio to sit at the outdoor table to have your favorite beverage while enjoying a breeze off the ocean. Take a walk upstairs to find the master bedroom with several windows, a queen size bed, a mounted Flat Screen TV with Roku streaming stick, large closet area for storage and private full bathroom which includes a separate stand up shower and whirlpool tub. The second floor also offers 3 spare bedrooms: two bedrooms furnished with full size beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each room has its own ceiling fan, closet and share a full bathroom.
