Enter the condo to find a nice mudroom entry with a large closet to store all of your gear. The living area is cozy with the eat in kitchen attached to the living area so everyone can be together after a fun day on the slopes. Just off the back of the condo you'll find a private back patio which is great for walking the dog, grilling or building a snow man! The primary bedroom is set up to sleep 3 with a set of twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed. Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed. The condo is heated with electric heat and there is a wood stove insert which will also provide heat and ambiance. Cable and internet is included with the lease. Tenant pays electric and firewood used. The owner is a member of the White Mountain Athletic Club so tenant access is available at the tenants expense.
