The large living room offers ample seating, fantastic views of the Intracoastal waterway, and gives access to the sound front deck. A large farmhouse dining table comfortably seats 10 people and there is additional bar seating at the kitchen island. The sizable kitchen provides plenty of space for meal prep and storing groceries. Recently renovated to include updated appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinetry, this kitchen is sure to please the family chef! Just off the main living area is a staircase that leads to the second level of the home which houses the living quarters. The fourth bedroom on this level is also furnished with a king bed and serviced by the hall bathroom. The third living level of this roomy home is a wonderful bonus room. Two plush sofas, a flat screen TV, beautiful views of the sound, and a half bathroom make this a great spot for watching movies and relaxing after a fun day out in the sun! The outdoor space that this home offers is ideal for active families that want to enjoy the great outdoors to the fullest. Conveniently launch kayaks or paddle boards from the dock, fish, relax in the hammock, or grill out with a cocktail while watching spectacular sunsets!
