The well-marked walkway at SE 31st street provides a town kayak launch for the Davis Canal and a great view of the center of the island, not accessible by car. This is our favorite area to catch a great sunrise/sunset around the marshlands and to check out a lot of waterbirds. There is a secondary walking path at SE 20th, so there is potential for a longer loop for the runners in your group! We have lawn games for the teenagers and an elevator for the great-grandparents. Welcome to indoor-outdoor living at its best, with 2 screened porches, one up and one down, and a sunroom off the living room. Our yard features a cornhole play area, putting green, and an outdoor shower. Hardwood floors throughout the living area make it user-friendly for beach goers. The great room is the perfect place for togetherness when you get back from the beach. Our bright, white open kitchen has all the storage and cookware you will need to make meals at home.
