Beautiful 3 bedroom rental home coming available Jan 1 with a fully fenced yard! When you walk into this home, you are immediately introduced to an open layout including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car garage and you will get access to the neighborhood pool! We allow up to 3 pets in our rentals homes which is great because this unit is fenced in! Everyone 18 or older is required to submit their own separate application. We require a minimum combined average 600 credit score and a combined monthly income equal to 3 times the monthly rent.
